On the client's side
In conversations with insurers we represent your interests. We help find solutions that genuinely support the business, not just look good on paper.
We combine brokerage expertise with a practical business perspective. Our job is to take the burden of managing your organisation's insurance policy off your shoulders and to support you through claims settlement, so you can focus on running your business.
We represent our clients at every stage – from designing the insurance programme, through negotiations with insurers, to claims settlement.
We are proud to work with companies in the manufacturing, transport and service sectors. We also represent businesses from the public sector and local government units.
They are easy to list in a presentation, but in practice they show in how we answer calls, conduct conversations and make decisions in disputed situations.
In conversations with insurers we represent your interests. We help find solutions that genuinely support the business, not just look good on paper.
We know that insurance is rarely at the top of anyone's to-do list. That is why we make sure meetings, reports and recommendations are to the point and the process is clear at every stage.
Before recommending a change to the programme, we check what effect it will have on coverage, finances and your organisation's processes – both in a no-loss scenario and after an incident.
We start with an informal conversation over coffee to establish goals, priorities and a working schedule. The next step is an analysis of your existing policies. Where needed, we carry out an engineering audit of insurable risks. Further steps involve designing an insurance programme that reflects the client's needs and our expertise.
We then negotiate with the insurance market, gather proposals and present them together with a recommendation for the best offer. But that is not the end. Once the policy has been placed, our claims settlement team steps in, bringing their experience to handle every claim on your behalf.
You don't need ready-made answers or a complete set of documents. A brief overview of the situation is enough for us to propose sensible next steps.
